CyPhy Shows Off New Drone That Can Slip Through Windows!

The CyPhy's new robot is called EASE ( for Extreme Access System for Entry). It is tethered  to a ground station by a fishing-line-thin wire that is fed out of the robot by an onboard spooler. This means that its powered from the ground. It doesn't have to carry heavy weight battery and can stay aloft indefinitely. Ease wont fall out of the sky. An onboard backup battery can send it safely to the ground. I think this is a great robot and will be useful to important things that we humans can't do.

Skylon Spaceplane Engine!

The Skylon Spaceplane can go to a standing start to orbit and back without disposing of any rocket stages. Its engine should be able to double its normal top speed of conventional jet engines from 2.5 times the speed of sound to 5 times the speed of sound, and it should be able to do so using atmospheric air. At that speed Skylon could fly 15 more than miles up. Once up there to the thinner air, its hybrid propulsion system would switch to rocket mode to fly the rest of the way into outer space. It is expected to come out soon for important causes soon as they test it now. I think this might be one of the greatest inventions for space and would be really helpful for astronauts and scientists!

A Real Working Hoverbike Zooms Across The Desert

Created by Aeroplex, the bike runs on a pair of powerful fans. It picks up on instinctive movements people make while riding a bicycle or a motorbike, then moves the same way(hovering), meaning anyone can have a pair anyone can go at it. It goes 30 mph and is 15 feet high. I think this is a great technology automobile and would work well for the military.

Boeing Tests A EMP Missile That Knocks Out A Buildings Power

Rather than having an explosive missile demolishing its target (including innocent people), Boeing has created a missile that shuts down the buildings electronics and technology has it flies above it. The missile has a sensor inside that detects the radio waves of the computers and electronics. That is how they turn everything off. I think this is great because there wont be chaos everywhere, and makes battles less messy. The EMP Missile also prevents explosive bombs, and dangerous electrical weapons. This is a great invention which im sure that it will definitely work in war

Wiki Research

A class wiki can help a class because u can search any subject your learning and will contain very helpful information. There are a lot of benefits for using wiki. You can use wiki to learn about any topic your looking for. We can create one by going on google and typing in "create a wiki" and finding millions of websites to create one! We can utilize this wiki for class by putting homework, assignments, or  upcoming events on it. We can also write information about the lessons we learn so other people can learn it too. I experienced wikis for video games, to help inform me to get better, movies, so who if i don't understand what happened i can look on its wiki and  athlete wikis to help me know better than I did before

Here comes Microsoft's Xbox Music service!

Rolling out this week, Xbox Music will offer streaming and downloads across virtually all Microsoft products as well as others.

When Microsoft announced Xbox Music at this year's E3 gaming expo, it sounded like an effort to become the next iTunes.
Microsoft announced Sunday that the all-in-one service will feature streaming radio, kind of like Pandora, and an ad-supported or paid subscription service  and, yes, music purchasing. With 30 million songs, Xbox Music is the world's biggest music library, Microsoft says. Apple's iTunes, by comparison, boasts more than 26 million songs. It is also designed to run equally well on PCs, tablets and smartphones. Xbox Music will also be included on Apple's IOS and Google's Android operating systems.  It comes out Tuesday on the Xbox 360 system and will expand to the rest of the Microsoft product universe when its new operating system, Windows 8, is released October 26. I think this is a really good idea because we can listen to music on Xbox and there's more songs on here than ITunes.

Walmart is deleting Kindles from their Retailers.

The largest store retailer Wal-Mart has decided to stop selling kindles at their stores. They are afraid that customers who browse in stores and then buy online from online competitors instead.
Walmart is not getting enough money from selling it at their retailers. That is why they got rid of it. I think it was a good decision  because they can use the money on better things than the kindle.
